I've been a trainer for over 6 years and can truly say I am passionate about what I do. Having worked with over 200 clients, educated in fitness and nutrition with some of the most recognized people in the industry, I've built up a vast amount of experience to optimize my client's training and nutrition for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

My Story

Growing up in France, I was never overly out of shape, having played competitive basketball my whole childhood, I stayed in relatively good shape, however, it wasn’t until I moved to the UK that I started to move away from fitness and into my comfort zone. As a super unhealthy student, I had become very lazy with absolutely no energy, and I was living off energy drinks and sweets.

 

As you can imagine, I started gaining some fat and this started to affect my confidence, how I feel about myself, my fitness levels, and my overall wellbeing. All this led to feeling depressed and very conscious about how I look in the mirror, I needed to make a change to turn my life around.

That’s when I came across a local Bootcamp in the park, and I thought, what do I have to lose, let’s give it a go. At the age of 16, I remember being very shy walking into the class but what I saw, was a bunch of fit and happy people, and even though I found it a bit weird at first, I wanted to be a part of it. 

My very first coach asked me “If you could have any results from coming to these classes, what would it be” and I remember telling him “I want abs”. I never thought it was even possible for me to have abs showing as I was “skinny fat”, I looked slim, but I had that extra layer of fat around the belly area.

 

That’s when I started learning more about the importance of nutrition and very quickly, I lost 10% body fat by following a simple nutrition plan and going to classes, I could finally see my abs and as a young student, it felt amazing. I had a lot more energy, I was sleeping better, my confidence went through the roof, I was socializing more, and I was a lot happier! 

 

I kept going to the classes as I enjoyed them and because of the improvements in my fitness levels, I was offered to be taught how to run the classes with the coaches, they saw something in me before I could see it in myself.

After a few weeks, I was leading Bootcamp classes and I had started helping a few people in my community to get back in shape and be healthy. I realized that I love helping people get in the best shape of their life and helping them go through the journey I went through, therefore I decided to leave my studies so I can focus on helping more people full time and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

As I was doing Bootcamp classes, I had also launched my online coaching business so I can impact more people that weren’t local to me and this is when I started helping the masses to get results through daily 1 to 1 online coaching on nutrition and fitness, it allowed me to have more reach in helping people that I wouldn’t ordinarily meet in day-to-day life.

By the age of 18, I was just maintaining my results, and being quite tall, I still looked quite skinny at 70kg, so I decided to start my muscle gain journey and signed up to the gym. I learned the ins and outs of muscle gain and training in the gym and within my first year, I gained 24kg while keeping my body fat low which completely transformed my body and my performance in the gym.

I spent the next few years helping more and more people while developing my knowledge and always leading from the front in improving my own results so I can inspire my clients to be their absolute best.

 

I enjoyed maintaining a 94kg bodyweight while traveling the world, living a balanced lifestyle, and running an online business, however, my interest in strength training and getting stronger, in general, kept increasing so I decided to go above and beyond in my muscle gain results and bulked up to 110kg, still in the best shape of my life.

 

During this period, I was able to truly study and understand the art of strength training and the techniques involved in lifting safely and efficiently at all levels.
